If you are scared of pump and dump, you'll have a better peace of mind by investing in index etfs. We're all here speculating, so are the people on reddit. Be aware that you can lose all your money on specs stocks. So it's a bad idea to YOLO everything on specs. For me, I put 70% of my wealth in index etfs, and the rest goes to specs. PEN is my biggest specs holdings. The other specs I hold are LKE and GLE.
