I meant that they have bought the lease and own or co- own the project.
Which would also mean they would have sorted the finance to execute the project.
For example
Nigerian gov pressures Big oil company to relenquish a marginal field they have no intention of developing but has a 50 million barrel potential
OTE buys the land and oil rights and organises $20 million in finance to develop the field
If fails, debt will destroy OTE real quick
If goes as Barnaby promises then OTE will be worth 2c
That was the sort of thing I was betting would happen by 6 months
Not interest intent or understanding but a purchase of a game changer
Something that will mean lakes and Comanche are irrelevant
Well Fisherwoman, invest4it and Buckland
Is it likely to happen in 6 months
Or is it just another load of bull
