Basically all I saying is that the LOI will be consummated by an acquisition within six months and the only thing that will stop it is a similar but better deal somewhere else that is not USA

I have NO evidence that this is true and personally am skeptical about the time frame I suggested

It is just done to get
1 get people to prove they are sincere
2 hopefully stop the years of constant negativity - this was supposed to be constructive thread about an important issue for holders but it was immediately killed.
