This is the whole point . If management ran this company well there would be no negative posts but for years back to the Future days all the promises under the sun and EVERY time it came back bad for share holders . Then came OTIS the new company that would erase the past and creat a great holding of low producing wells that cost a fortune which we hold a low % in and never get a return out of.
Now the big one huge costs in the most corrupt country in the world . for feilds that other big oil has walked away from.
You put 20 mill as a figure that might start things of , how many shares are going to be offered for that money 2000 billion.
