    One thing Barnaby IMO has been excellent at is capital raising

    If he can use his same form/contacts to get the money for Nigeria then it will make or break OTE and stop the slow death that looks like happening if Comanche does not pick up

    Does make OTE a lot more speculative

    I do admit (regarding the bet) with the time frame at least, you and FW have the odds in your favour

    But I am optimistic, all or nothing.
