    The successful candidates for the Nigerian Oil Licensing round will be announced this Monday 10th August

    ...The Energy ministry permanent secretary Kabagambe Kaliisa, in a statement, said: "Government will undertake the evaluation of the applications between July 1 and July 30. The qualified applicants will be displayed on August 10." These will join UK's Tullow Oil PLC, France's Total E&P and China Cnooc licensed to operate in Uganda.
