    I noticed that. Everything has been pointing to the Northern route for the oil pipeline which disadvantages block 12B, but lets be realistic, the route is a very minor issue in the scheme of things. The big picture is whether the thing actually gets built or not. If it does it will be a real morale booster. If Kenya and Uganda actually start exporting oil by 2020 - well that is just huge in itself.
