Hi all,
I'm sure most remember Potters comments about partnering with Walter Smith Petroman in any potential bid. Article refresher is below for others. I notice Walter Smith was successful on block OPL 228. Considering this was announced at the end of August, surely we should have heard something by now if HDR were involved. Any ideas?

Also speaking on the investment plan, Mr. Simeon Potter, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Hardman Resources Ltd, a leading Australian oil producing firm, said that the visit of the team to Nigeria, has confirmed the sound prospectivitiy and the technical case for investment in Nigeria’s oil sector.
Potter said that the team was also impressed with the personnel working in Nigeria’s oil industry, the new climate for investment and the process for determining the 2005 licensing round.
"All indications to me are that it has integrity and that it is a far more transparent process than has been seen hitherto. So I am very much encouraged by both sides," he said.
He disclosed that his company is taking on their Nigerian partner, Walter Smith Petroleum, to bid for the 2005 Licensing, because its credentials are sound, and they are very willing partners in this new investment climate.
