At least they are not sitting around and adds another string to the bow. With other Aussie Companies exploring over that way and associated economics, they may find it was a good decision. Azumah and Atomic are two that come to mind.
Give or take, around $8M worth of shares for their successful acquisition after consolidation may not be a lot to pay over time. If successful their market cap will increase which will be reflected in the sp. which will be beneficial for all shareholders.
However, I would still like them to get some of their proved-up reserves to the crusher.
Share price a little more healthy today with plenty of trades.
