sure has been a wierd nights trading... expected a new high and then a retreat but got a surge, a fall, another surge then a big time fall and a small recovery at the close.. still profitable overall but whipsaws can be costly both in direct terms but also in slippage when negotiating re-entry to the game.. and sleep lol

and yep, now the fear is about recession .... if you rely on evidence then there's been a lot of it about last night... the philly fed report and the jobs numbers both pointing down the chute..
