I don’t think the market will give Night Train the attention it deserves or assign it any real value. From memory, the SP didn’t move a great deal when Night Train was first announced. IMO the board of SFX should sell a share in the Thunderbird project to raise the balance of funds for construction and leave Night Train out of the deal.
