G'day Morley, you got any updated thoughts on this? Am I right in thinking Case/Nightingales now own close to 30 million shares? (13% as Nightingales and 14 million as Case, a director of Nightingales.) Seems to be a takeover by stealth happening here. If so, I wish the sellers would see what's going on and hang tough for a higher price. Given that they offered 18 cps last year, they appear to be getting a bargain. Or is there something we don't know? Given the history that wouldn't surprise. Heard any whispers?
