well if they have projected a loss for the next half , and the following half will be no different , they do not have the volume of work that was around in the boom , why would you operate a business with the same amount of staff ? they are talking about a 50% downturn , surely they weren't operating with 50% contract staff , what is the recovery plan ? if they have one , cant see them paying a divy. why would any insto want to park his money here , surely they can get rid of 15% white and 10% blue collar workers , i am sure they wouldn't be missed for a second
