Anyone would have thought that at these levels the CEO would be backing his own abilities and be buying some shares. But of course there is alwys the diversification argument for why he would not do it.
He is not restricted under the terms of the share trading policy unless, of course, if there is an announcment due.
GBG Share Trading Policy
Directors and Executive Management are not permitted to trade in the Company’s securities during the following blackout periods (“Black-Out Period”):
(i) One (1) week prior to the AGM;
(ii) One (1) week prior to the release of annual and half yearly accounts to the ASX;
(iii) Within 24 hours of the release of a Company announcement; and
(iv) Any other time that the Managing Director declares as a Black-Out Period.
