I think because #1 has been in some doubt for a while and already been well discussed here, I tend to get a bit more excited about #2. Let #1 take care of itself, maybe we receive an update at the AGM, maybe we don't.

To quote your first paragraph:

"The insurers want fixed fees, S&G have the process chain to accommodate reform at a faster rate than their competitors."

I know there is a moratorium on these cases at present, but the SGS business model bodes well for future changes. Particularly if it can leverage any settlement outcome and goodwill gained with insurers from resolving the current NIHL portfolio.

Have fixed fees already been introduced on fast track RTA claims? I'm just wondering if the proposed changes in this space were to swing to the same side/degree as NIHL, maybe SGS will end up looking like a lean, mean fighting machine once all is said and done.

True. Happened and already happening.
Prime thing was SFA extending facility etc. survival guaranteed.
Now it is all about time how quickly SGH starts operating at 27-30% margins and return to dividend payments. SGH stock price will follow.
