    Nope, don't know anything about WTG other than what Mel tells us. Same goes for Quindell though I do know about the type of business Quindell were engaged in - that is the companies bought by SGH.

    I said I'm not happy about it - not from suing WTG point of view go for your life on that front. It's just what the need to sue WTG represents, something wrong with the assets purchased.

    If the goods (customer/affinity groups/supplier contracts) are indeed soiled and we couldn't have reasonably known that during negotiation and sale agreement then sue them is what we should do.
