I mentioned the Asian countries as I believe that they are most vunerable, but not exclusively so. Most "Western" economies have long ago moved away from depending upon cheap labour as there trading advantage. If you are implying that globalisation will end because economies that get damaged by it will somehow abandon it you are, IMHO, sadly mistaken - it's a natural phenomenum, not one that be turned back by government intervention.
Regarding service industries - how do you think Switzerland survives so strongly? Service industries can be effecticvely exported - we are not just talking about servicing each other at home.
