Good post.
You were right in saying that the focus of bagging from me and others has been about executive management and general running of the airline, not about the worker's.
I have always said that I think the staff have been doing the best they can (and a pretty good job too) under the constant slash and burn management techniques that has been the buzz at QAN headquarters for the past number of years.
