LNG has a lot of fugitive emissions. CSG even more so, as well as a legacy of toxic impacts on subterranean water deposits and land seeping.
per capita emissions are very important and shouldn't be ignored. we Aussies are among the world's worst polluters - its only our small population which results in only 1% of emissions. this highlights the importance for every Aussie to reduce our use of electricity and to make our own transition to renewable energy production and storage. every little effort is cumulative to reduce our national emissions profile.
