I woud expect a continuation of weakness in the USD relative to currencies where a lot of uranium is produced ie. aus and canada may push up the Uranium price over time, obviously production costs are calculated in native currencies and put a floor in the price per pound. in addition to this the build out cost may be less in AUD terms but may not - the USD being weak is likely to hike the price of imported materials used in the build.
Nett effect on PEN over time = dunno, too many variables.
