discussion is not about your buy/sell strategy, (no one seems too have an issue with that, there may have a difference of opinion though), but about your ambiguous disclosure.
You say: " I will be holding this into next year", this statement indicates that you are holding stock (and will be until next year), however your disclosure says "No Stock Held", that's all.
