nine lives please comment on coal mining right

Hello, Nine Lives Esq. I have an inquiry to make of you for the Holymagiman. He is away for now, as you well know, but he has heard that you are recommending a share called SXP on this Molpoo site. He thought he would spend some money and buy some of the shares, 7 of them to be precise, as they had so much coal and he is totally respectful of your fine judgement.

But being a rather frugal man, he asked me to ask Uncle Tobias for his view. Uncle Tobias read the literature and said that he thinks that the Sapex people only own the coal bed methane and oil rights and that they DO NOT own the coal mining rights in their leases. He could well be wrong in this and so I thought I would ask you if you could confirm with the Sapex people if they own the coal mining rights or only the CBM and oil exploration rights.

Holymagiman is awaiting your reply before he splurges his money. He is somewhere drifting off the coast of New Orleans.
