Hi thirsty, No I am out. I think it may be time to proceed with caution. Funding for some specs may be a problem going forward. I know SXP has a healthy bank account right now but getting these projects up and profitable costs a lot of $$$$$$. I have now gone about one third into blue chips. As for specs I am looking at companies with nearer term earnings than SXP. After that big fall last thursday I had an embarrassment of riches to choose from. I have made a lot of money from MPO in the past and when it fell to 14c last thursday I swooped on that. Today it is 22c and was as high as 24c yesterday. Pretty hard to beat that. Also they may start earning some serious money from operations in south africa, queensland and china fairly soon.

I still think SXP's leases are wonderful and hard to beat. I will be keeping an eye on this and if I think at some point the world liquidity problem has improved I may revisit. Good luck with it.
