The Supreme Court Case with the GCN associated Sino Investment...

The Supreme Court Case with the GCN associated Sino Investment Services (SiS) earlier today was interesting.
A new legal team and an in principle settlement.

An in principle settlement was reached - and adjourned for two weeks - subject to payment.
If the payment is received the case will be considered settled and dismissed.
If the payment structure isn't adhered to - the insolvency case continues.

This should be considered good news for GCN - the loan from SiS won't be called in by liquidators - unless the
the settlement isn't completed.
