Agreed, we couldn’t be too far away from some news and hopefully good news at that.
To add, pretty sure last Friday SPP ended so hopefully everyone reached into their pockets deep or not and added to their parcels.
Volume has been great so far, increasing this month. Buy wall building, sellers dropping off. Should be a strong run coming. Obviously all IMO
