There is talk of 3D completion this week which may be the reason for the sp rise.
IMO, i do not think this is the case. 3D mapping may be completed but interpretation of the 3D will take some time. March 2011 I recall hearing/reading.
In fact because of the big freeze in the mid-west, there is a chance that there may even be a delay in completing the 3D.
Work in Wy will be slow for the next couple of months due to the sub-zero temperatures.
My guesses would be: a. Purely a re-rating of an undervalued stock b. JV secured c. t/o
But then again, I don't really mind what it is - only that it is about time.
