    Yes, here is another link to the ''Scriber/ Etching Pen'' which explains it has a magnetic clicker at the top end.

    The only reason I mentioned it's made from aluminium is because, if it was made from steel, you would see the Niobium sticking to the body.

    So the fact that it's aluminium with a magnetic clicker indicates that it is still possible that it's Niobium.
