Seems like you are getting three decent lithium projects and twice the landholding of SUM in the high grade niobium/tantalum area for over half the price.
I would also put my money on SUM and PNN merging if this does turn out to be an economical deposit as each project seems to share the same strike and mineralisation.
PNNO vs SUMO is looking like real good value imo.
