I can understand STers being a liitle edgey over this sale but for LTers theres nothing to stress about.
Think about in this way. Its 2005 we are in the midst of a property boom. the price of property here in Aussie is going gangbusters. You put your property on the market. An offer comes in conditional on finance, but it falls through....oh dear......chances are you will get a better offer in quick time such is the market. Same sort of thing applies here at the curent time in the area SSN has its acreage up for sale. No need to reach for the heart fibulator if this sale turns pear shape, which Im sure it wont.
