The Niobrara has already been a success even before drilling. They sold a piece to CHK for 74M which has also given SSN the ability to buy and start another project in Roosevelt further de risking the company.
Do you think Halliburton would have considered being a JV partner if they weren't confident of the play being commercially viable. TB also told me he would not be releasing the 3 D Seismic data publicly because he didn't want his competitors to see it.
