'A joint police and health investigation report into a cluster of cases at Brisbane’s Hotel Grand Chancellor released on Friday concluded it was not possible “to determine the exact root cause of transmission” but it was most likely picked up from “a surface exposed to the virus.
The report made seven recommendations to overhaul quarantine facility protocols, including installing CCTV cameras to capture movements in and out of guests’ rooms and improved cleaning procedures." (SMH today)
