I believe PSD is moving forward - the company doesn't need to buy Legune because it has a pretty hard-core lease over the PSD site - with like 3 10 year options, and a baked in "buy option". That lease has become part of the Legune station, so any future owner has to honor it. I'd much rather the company buy the station, but at the moment it makes sense for the money to go into building out PSD and exercising that option later.
