    i dont disagree this has plenty of potential and finding out what ake is up to.

    I exited as the key risk is they don't own the land and the SP moved up too quickly on no news which suggests there are too many traders hoping for a quick buck. without progress made with the owners there will be no news (I don't understand why it is taking so long for the owners to agree on letting them do some works, perhaps they are playing hardball) and I suspect jabrad is right.

    Waiting on the sideline for news on the owners. hopefully it happens soon as I think this can be big as well.
