Not sure about the 445K salary but her base is still too high compared to say Bill Beament
Nicole's salary is 275K but is 445K including incentives and share based payments (probably all from the nickel updates)
Bill's salary is 246K but increases to 1.5m after all incentives and share based payments.
Nicole is from South32. What has she achieved in the last 10 years at S32 or even NIS? You can also see from S32 they haven't done much on the exploration front outside of Hermosa and they seem sell and buy projects at the wrong time.
Compare to Bill who built NST from a penny dreadful to a billion dollar goliath buying tired assets on the cheap and is trying to do the same at DVP I think Nicole's salary this year will be lower given she hasn't really achieved much material since the Caringlup Nickel project.
