I'm sure thats why the likes of Jabber the hut keep nosing around. I blocked him (first person) because there's one thing stating the retrace he did. But to keep coming back and re-iterating the same thing is just bragging (Gamer) and/or positioning himself for a SP increase.
He comes across as a usurper trying to teach people a lesson. Just a bit weird for me.
However, NIS have serious issues and you can bet they are aware of those up coming options just like back in late last year.
