You just made my day. You feel that comfy with it? My 2005 4.2 Turbo has done 170k km. Saw a response to someone in a motoring column of "yeah, those 4.2's were not much chop and didnt last (yes, referring to Patrols)" Sort of unnerved me. I am glad I didnt get a 3ltr as I intended. What saved me was that a dealer reckoned a couple of years back we were going to get a V6 diesel Patrol. Never happened, eh? So now I was appehensively sticking to my 4.2. Hey, those with 3 ltr Patrols that work Ok reckon they get a good fuel consumption, though?
