Wooduk - its very easy to be mis-trustful of government but I find it hard to ignore the findings of an independant panel. I imagine there are plenty who will find fault because of a political persuasion to believe that everything the forestry companies do is bad. Yes insurance wouldnt pay for such claims but at least it appears that wont be a problem you have to worry about....better probably to worry about the solvency of the responsible entity before searching for problems amongst the "trees"!!
