I would have thought the boards approval at nmdc and nlc would have been a delay but that doesnt seem to be the case as per the CMD of NLC COMMENTS from 2 weeks ago "For instance, an agreement is to be signed any time now with an Australian company called Environmental Clean Technologies…”
What is involved with niti aayog review? if the boards of nlc and nmdc approve will they say no you guys dont no what you are talking about and unapprove or is it a matter of providing a tick of approval and provide more exposure to the project?
