Looks like the market is switching on to the fact ESI is finally getting to the pointy end of signing this long awaited deal and financial closure with our Indian partners. I dont think anyone who has been part of this journey is hiding from the fact that this has been 1 of the most frustrating stocks to be invested in over the years but facts are they have 2 technologies that are game breakers in the cleaner coal and steel making industries and the fact management have through thick and thin stuck by their task of working towards the goal of bringing these techs into commercialisation with our Indian partners. After the ALDP failure which everyone knows should have gone ESI's way the board has worked towards the Indian project goals and we all know now that they and we all underestimated how hard and long a process it would be with NLC and NMDC being major Government owned companies which made the process add many unknown hurdles.

Finally though we have our partners mentioning the deal will be signed and that we are close and i believe a signed deal and financial closure should see a re-rate here. There will be yes many stale holders out there but here and now a signed deal and a move to construction sets ESI towards a serious company with big $$ and infrastructure partners in a country India about to go through a massive growth period with a real hunger for a company like ESI with the techs to really play a part. So the decsision for many will be do i finally get the opportunity to sell out after all these years or are we just at the beginning of something big as ESI and our partners commercialise our techs with huge scope to expand both in India, back in Aus plus globally. Cleaner coal options are starting to get some serious air time and ESI with our partners have the opportunity to develop Coldry but also Matmor in a long lasting partnership. My target on a signed deal and a move to construction with our partners is around the 150>200 mill cap area give or take which should then see ESI looked at by brokers and funds as construction begins with scope for a move north with interest building through construction and production.

I anticipate a signed deal will see many who thought they wanted out to change their minds with the thought that they ran with this so long and finally we have a deal with some serious partners who will take our techs all the way with some serious expansion globally starting with India and their own hunger for solutions to their growth story. With India's need for importing coking coal they have a solution Matmor and 2 Indian majors to take it big.
