AMG must see immense value in the company....by virtue of its attempted board tilt, and subsequent failure

In fact lots of weight can be added to the argument that we are only at this price now because of the AMG sells leading up to the board tilt in 2017, all in the meantime Tracy and management converting wages to shares to sure up control.

There has definitely been a dogfight over control of this.....

Dogs are not worth fighting over unless they have hearts of gold.
