Have a look at todays announcement. NIX has won a court case in the USA which should be worth $24 million or 35c per share to them. Given there is a takeover underway at 55c these shares are way too cheap. The bidding party will have to lift their takeover bid a long way to succeed. Given todays announcement I wouldn't be surprised to see NIX above 80c in the near term.
