In other words, she is being paid by the government to provide an unbiased service and she is taking a pot shot at something she had no clue about.
Reminds me of a highly paid (thrice my salary at that time) consultant we hired to provide an independent advise and he started bashing policies without understanding of what they are and why they are there. I had to demolish his arguments and make him look like a fool in front of his own audience.
He was just using the free introductions to the industry to gain additional consultation work. Self promotion.
