If you think, that all the recent developments have been considered in the last SPP, please provide a source. I can't find it.
I'm just saying that - outside of WONDERLAND - the additional arrangements regarding safety, construction and insurance issues are LIKELY to cost time and money. That is common sense, not a lie!
BTW: Please be so kind and educate yourself about the difference between preaching and exchanging arguments. Thanks.
