After the recent placement/CR this will have around 190M SOI shortly, so based on last year's T20 I think they would still hold around 50% of the SOI. If it's a tightly held registry, that means there's only around 100M SOI out there for everyone else to buy.
As per usual, all the directors intend to participate.
