NKP have now confirmed via ASX announcement multiple time that dd has been approved and that only a single regulator approval is outstanding - stage one complete

How is this not worth half the listing price with development being talked about by Q2 next year is beyond me. There is clearly no sniff of legal dispute over the asset after having been awarded the mining right.
