From the rumour I have the delay in calling the AGM is due to a faction of Genorah wanting to sell out of their position.
Just remember that Genorah has like 5-6 factions in there and getting a common resolution is not as easy as some may think.
My mate says that the Chinese and South African approvals are pretty much done however this one faction inside Genorah is the one holding things up.
This very same faction was against Paramount (rumoured), they were also against AMED deal and now they are trying to get out before the AGM to pass the Zijin deal.
