NKP- AGM

I've just made reservations for 20 adults to fly with me to Bermuda on Monday 15th Dec to attend the AGM on the 17th.

It's a Qantas QF 285 flight via USA at 16.30 for only $4,609 (a Landau special price). Unfortunately we need to take three different planes to get there. Only 43hr travel time. Plenty of time to read the Annual Report whilst en route. ........Sorry I forgot that they are not printing them this year. Genorah/NKP directors cannot afford to have them printed. They do not want another Zijin loan to repay.

Now in recent years no one from the NKP Board has actually attended the AGM from what I have been told. All done via teleconference or morse code I imagine.

The good news is that as shareholders we can decide on what resolutions to pass or reject without any interference from the Chair or directors for that matter as no one else will be attending other than the NKP lawyers.Seeing its their office its ok for them to take minutes for the ASX announcement.

I am voting for all directors to be reinstated because they have once again done a great year's work. The sp reflects their wonderful efforts you will agree.

In addition the directors should all receive a big remuneration increase together with plenty of NKP options thrown in for good measure.

Directors should also be offered 1m free NKP shares each as an inducement to stop any takeover offers.

The Board should be nominated for a Noble Prize for their excellent communication efforts during F 2014. Only 3 trading halts for the year. Wonderful achievement.
