Confronting is not the word, more like intriguing. I don't understand why you spend so much time on NKP's forum. Are you just trying to save us all from the error of our ways, from the goodness of your heart?
By the way, have a read of the article at this link, the second paragraph in particular. QSS isn't the only one referring to the joint venture in a present tense.
