Your explanations are not difficult to understand. The question is - do I believe you have summarised the implications satisfactorily? Obviously this is a complex area of SA law and I certainly won't be taking the advice of an unknown poster on the matter, especially such a simple analysis.

What I mean by facts is - put it into figures, quote some law, show me some professional legal analysis, or even some broker analysis.

Yours are still unsubstantiated comments in my opinion.
