Fully agree. The share price will move only when Big Money is thrown at it to set it off.

Good news alone isn't enough except for companies that have few shares available when the retailers can actually have an influence. For companies like CCC you need millions of $'s thrown at it to give it momentum, once it moves sellers will pull out with greed in their eyes hoping to sell it for $'s further strengthening the upward movement, the higher it goes the weaker the SP. Remember that.

In other words don't be a sucker and wait till it moves up to buy.
